The Guarantee offers peace of mind. Only a Registered Master Builder can provide a MasterBuild Guarantee.

The Guarantee covers three key areas:

Completion Cover - you will be covered for loss of the deposit if the building hasn't started (up to $20,000), or for non-completion if the house or work isn't finished (up to $30,000).

Builders Cover - this means you will be protected against any defects in workmanship and materials, or structural elements, for 2 years after completion of the building underwritten by the guarantee company.

Structural Cover - as an added measure, the guarantee company covers you for defects in specific structural elements of the building work for 5 more years after expiry of the builders cover.

This combined cover means you're guaranteed for more than 7 years!
